Make Up 101: Smokey Tutorial

Hola everyone. ^__^ 

Finally I have time to do the tutorial. And it's fresh from oven. ^_^  Baru je buat tadi. ^_^ Sooo sorry for the delay girls. ^_^ Okay. This is tutorial untuk solekan mata. If you girls want tutorial foundation...or blusher....I buat later okay? ^_^ 

So let's start. Here's my foundation ready face. I dah pakai foundation and concealer siap-siap. Tapi I tak pakai lipstick and blusher lagi. But yeah...I don't have perfect skin. Nobody does. ^_^

Okay...first of all....let me show you girls color yang I akan guna untuk color on my eyelids (NYX 10 Color Eyeshadow Runway Palette in Haute Model). Sorry...ter-out-of-focus and tersalah tunjuk warna pulak. Hihihi

Flat shader brush and the eyeshadow

Brush yang I guna is flat shader brush yang sedikit nipis and sedikit stiff. Then apply kat eyelids. You girls remember my eyechart kan? I hope nobody akan tanya I terms yang I dah explained earlier on that blog post. Okay ^_^ Memula letak sikit-sikit dulu. You can always "top-up" the color to your desired level.

First application. Build up the intensity to the desired one

O oh...that's too sheer for me. So I wet my brush...spray dengan air the brush and pickup some more color. Haaa....smokey eyes...kena la gelap kan...baru cantik. ^_^

Hasilnya macam ni... ^_^

First step on the eyelids is done

Then darlings, you kena pakai medium shade eyeshadow. Kat sini I pakai mineral eyeshadow. Dia dalam bentuk powder.

If powder eyeshadow ni...you girls pickup from the cap je. Then tap off any access.

I'm using the blending brush for this process

Oh lupa...brush yang I pakai is blending brush. Next lalukan dekat crease area. Fokus kat outer corner of the eyes. Itu akan nampak cantik. ^_^

Run the brush on the crease area

As I said dulu, the fluffier the brush...the less amount of product it'll pickup....so...brush ni digunakan untuk mencipta that smokey look. Kira cam fading effect gitu. Hihi. Can you see on the other eye yang I dah buat tu? haa....camtu la fading effect tu. Kan ke nampak cam pro tu. *ok...puji diri sendiri. Abaikan* haha XD

Step two done. Blending.

Ha....ni selepas dah pakai blending brush. Sorry masa tangkap gambar ni tak perasan yang I blend tak sama. But later on I dah repair sikit bagi sama. Hehehe. ^_^ Next...sorry sangat out of focus lagi. T_T but you girls can see kan from the picture? I guna eyeshadow yang sama/close color dengan my skin tone. Yang ni please guna matte eyeshadow. Baru nampak cun. ^_^

Guna flat shader brush yang tebal sikit untuk eyeshadow ni...then apply kat browbone. Sapu arah ke bawah untuk blend kan dengan medium color eyeshadow tadi.

Apply it on the browbone. Sweep it downward.

Haa...I dah cakap I repair balik yang tak sama tu. hikhik. Ni rupa lepas dah letak color skintone tu. tak banyak beza. tapi nampak flat. What's next?

Third step done.

Next...guna shimmer eyeshadow...color...ONE shade LIGHTER than your skintone. Please jangan pakai putih. Nampak 'terkejut' je dengan skin color orang melayu ni. Haha.

Now use shimmery skintone eyeshadow to highlight

Then guna flat shader brush yang kecil...(or some people called it detailing brush) untuk sapu eyeshadow tadi dibawah highest eyebrow arc sahaja. Bukan seluruh browbone ye girls. Hihihi.

Put it under the highest arc of the eyebrow

Guna color yang sama...apply sikit kat tear duct area. It'll bring more light to your eyes. ^_^

Lepas tu boleh la pakai eyeliner. I tak leh nak tunjuk la how to pakai eyeliner....susah nak tangkap gambar. If in video insyaAllah boleh nampak. So you girls pakai la eyeliner...then ambil angle brush macam ni...

Then...ambil balik color yang kita pakai kat eyelids tadi...

Then...apply kat lower lashlines.

Then...curl your eyelashes...

Pakai mascara kesukaan you girls. ^_^

Wear you fav mascara on upper lashes

Owh..jangan lupa lower lashes sekali. It'll make huge different. ^_^

If nak mengada-ngada..pakai la false eyelashes macam I. Hahaha. Finally pakai blusher and lipstick yang light. 

Final look complete with lipstick, lipgloss, blusher and false eyelashes. ^_^

Now you are ready. ^____^ Closing my eyes.....

Can you see the shimmery eyeshadow on the tear duct? It's beautiful. I like it. ^_^
