Officially Engaged

Wow. Praise Allah for everything. 

I'm now his fiancee. *blush*

We got engaged on 14 February 2010....we chose the date not because of the Valentines tho. It's the only date that is suitable for him, me, families, and relatives. 

So, everything was perfect. We feel blessed. 

As for hantarans for him, I did everything from the decorations to baking the cupcakes. My boyfriend opss...fiance..insisted that I baked the cupcakes myself instead of tempah from the bakery. I didnt quite sure how it tasted because I have to bake it two days before the date. Since I did everything for hantaran, my time was limited. Very2 limited. I even dont have enuf time to buff my nails or pampering myself before the event. huuu T_T 

None of my friends come to the event tho. Both me and fiance insisted this event to be a closed function attended only by families and relatives. My neighbours pon ajak last minit. Afraid of this news leaking out to friends. lol. But yeah. Some of my neighbors did showed up. ^_^

For makeup....yeah I did my own using my own makeup stash. I'm not a MUA or anything. But I love makeup. So...my fiance encouraged me to do my own makeup. Right after the ceremony, my fiance, who's handsomely dressed in gold baju melayu (forgot to mention...our theme was gold), said "lawa mekap!" and I was very2 super duper happy. I love it when he complimented me....bcoz I know he's proud of having me by his side. ^_^  psttt...my auntie sms-ed me last night asking about the products I used for makeup. lol.

After the event, we had outdoor photoshoot. Ceh...cam poyo je. haha. But the cameraman, who's actually my aunt's friend, did it for free! I mean free free! And he's pictures were awesome. He wanted a couple for his portfolio and wanting to shoot for us. So..yeay! we got gambar time tunang and also engagement outdoor photoshoot. lol.
