Secret to Whiter Teeth in 2 Weeks

Hi lovelies. ^_^

Siapa kat sini is a heavy coffee drinker? Me! Me! =D Heeee. Actually I was addicted to Nescafe. Sangat sangat addicted sampai sehari I boleh minum more than three cups a day. Especially when I nak stay up all night siapkan kerja. Tea....I minum jugak. But not so much sebab I boleh angin angin perut if minum tea. Heee. Salah satu keburukan minum coffee ni is that...it stains your teeth. Jadi la gigi kuning. 

I decided....I tak nak gigi kuning masa kahwin sebab nak pakai baju putih masa sanding. I was told that if nak pergi dentist, they'll charged you for about RM400 plus plus for whitening process. T_T Oleh kerana budget yang tight untuk beauty treatments (I even tak pergi spa pun....sobsobsob) menjelang hari bahagia lima bulan yang lalu (OMG...dah lima bulan. Heee), I dah tahu dah product mana I nak beli due to "corrosion" of the teeth. Hahaha. Product ni pun I banyak kali tengok Beauty Gurus kat Youtube review. Heeee. 

So...kebetulan ada couple of friends yang balik from UK before my wedding, I pun kirim je la kat diorang. Product ni actually from US. Masa tu tak tahu ada individu kat Malaysia ni jual that product. Bersusah payah eh mintak diorang tolong belikan. Haha. This is what I used...

Crest 3D Whitestrips Advance Seal. Ada 14 pasang strips (28 strips) yang perlu dilekatkan selama setengah jam kat upper and lower teeth selama 30 minit sehari. The strips basically cover only the front teeth yang akan nampak if you girls senyum.

Jadi kena pakai selama 14 hari je. Lepas 14 hari...gigi memang putih...wa cakap lu. =D That's why masa kahwin I senyum lebar je. Confident yang gigi tak kuning/pearly color macam selalu. Heee.

Apa-apa pun pasal pemutihan gigi ni, you have to stop taking few drinks and foods yang akan menyebabkan gigi kembali kuning. Contohnya, Coffee, Coke, Pepsi, Curry. Heee. If nak minum pun i guess you girls pakai la straw. Tak yah nak swirl the drink dalam mulut (coz I know some people love to do that =P). Telan je terus. Hahaha.

Tapi I made few mistake...masa honeymoon kat Bali dulu I minum coffee.... T_T I lupa langsung yang I kena pantang coffee masa tu...so dah stain sikit. If not it can last up to 6 - 12 months. Serious menyesal. Huuu. Nak pakai lagi...I guess I have to wait until few more months sebab this product made my teeth a little bit sensitive. Biasa la...mana-mana product pemutihan gigi pun akan sebabkan gigi sensitive. Jadi kena bagi tenpoh masa untuk pakai the product again. ^_^
